Fame
is a double-edged sword. It can bring an unknown person fame, wealth, power,
and even a premature death. Recently, singer Christina Grimmie, 22, was
murdered while signing autographs. Authorities
identified the killer as twenty-seven-year old Kevin James Loibl. Authorities
don’t know why Loibl killed the singer or think she knew Loibl.
He
committed suicide by shooting himself after the victim’s brother tackled Loibl.
Christine Grimmie’s musical journey began on YouTube. Afterward, she then hit
the national spotlight by finishing third in the sixth season of “The Voice.” On Monday, Marcus Grimmie,
the singer’s brother, gave a heartfelt speech in Evesham, New Jersey honoring
his sister’s life. Other celebrities have met similar fates as Grimmie.
