People are killed for honor, glory, and now beer. The Chicago Tribune recently reported that a woman stabbed her boyfriend to death in an argument over beer. Regina Williams, 55, was held on $500k bail in the stabbing of Willie Anderson, 77. The two were reportedly sitting in Anderson’s car when he started drinking Williams’ beer.
She became angry and proceeded to stab Anderson. She continued stabbing him as he yelled for help. Williams got out of the car and told Anderson’s nephew to come and get his uncle because she had just killed him. The angry woman got back into her car and continued drinking her beer.
People have been known to argue and kill over money and infidelity, but over a few beers? I think Williams’ beer drinking days may be over. She was already on probation for previously spitting in the face of a paramedic who tried to issue her medical treatment. But then again, she may be able to plead insanity as she has a history of mental issues.
